Mission...
To
reach non-believing students and help them to discover a real and
personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and explore spiritual
growth through Bible study
and search out God's plan for their lives.
Our
Strategy...
We reach out through monthly wild and crazy activities designed for
students to bring their friends to a safe and fun atmosphere to
investigate Jesus Christ. We help
students discover how Christ relates to their everyday lives in
school with our weekly Bible study designed especially for them.
We
teach students to search the Bible to grow and learn how to get a
handle on their faith and grow to a deeper level in their commitment
to God.
We
provide camping experiences as a place to make meaningful
relationships and learn more about God. This is a time for special
speakers, worship, group games, cabin time and lots of FUN!
At
Desert Horizons Church, we recognize that it is people and not just
programs that God uses to change lives. We are committed to
relational ministry that teaches and models the love of Christ to
all students.
