Children's Music and Performing Arts
All kids pre-school through high school age are invited to participate in special musical programs featuring singers, actors, dancers and puppets for Christmas and special productions throughout the year. Child Dedication
The dedication service is a commitment of the parents to honor the will and the Word of God in training up your child. If you are interested in having your child dedicated during a Sunday morning service, please contact the church office.

Jr. and Sr. High (grades 6-12)
Looking for your own "space"? Every Monday night, students get together  from 7:00 - 8:30PM for their own special night of Bible Study, music, games, food,  & awesome fellowship. This is a safe, comfortable place for students to bring their friends to investigate the claims of Christ. Adult Small Group Bible Studies
These groups are made up of a few people coming together, sharing some of life’s experiences and discussing God’s Word in an intimate setting. Each group is made up of 8-12 adults. They meet in local homes. All adults - singles and couples, college-age and up are welcome. Contact the church office to find a small group meeting near you!

W.O.W. (Women of the Word) Bible Studies

W.O.W. meets weekly for Bible Study, worship, prayer, and fellowship time on Thursday evenings from 7:00-8:45pm at the church. All ladies college age and up are welcome to join at any time. W.O.W. has special monthly activities including Back-To-School-Brunch, Pumpkin Party, Christmas Tea, Valentine’s Potluck, craft days and special dinners. Contact Connie Sonntag for more info!

Men's Bible Study
This is an informal Bible study digging into God’s Word searching for answers to questions concerning our daily lives. A great time for men to get together to study, pray and support one another. Contact the Phil Sonntag for more information.

Worship Team

Drama Team
The drama team is made up of actors of all ages! They perform vignettes for Sunday morning services, Christmas, Easter, Father's Day - you name it... they act it! Seeking actors and actresses! Contact Heather Buchholz for more information!

Missions Ministry

Our missions ministry has been established to meet the needs of our Las Vegas community through local outreach programs; including food drives, elderly assistance, and meeting the needs of our own church family. For further information on this ministry or to get involved, please contact the church office.

Prayer Ministry
Do you have a need that requires prayer?  Would you like to be a part of our prayer team? The DHC Prayer Team is composed of Christians desiring to intercede for others through the power of prayer. The team prays for our pastor and our service before church Sunday mornings, participates in the e-mail prayer chain, and prays for those requesting prayer following our Sunday service with the Pastor.

Tech Crew
Our Sunday morning Tech Crew Ministry Team includes: PowerPoint, projection, soundboard and lighting. We're looking for people with some experience in this field, however, we are willing to train the "trainable"! Contact Phil Sonntag for more!

Greeters and Ushers
Friendly faces, smiles, and excellent listeners make up our greeters and ushers team. Be assured that when you walk in the doors of our church, you will have a great experience from the time you are greeted, to the time you leave.

Hospitality Team
Do you like Krispy Kreme Donuts? So do we! Our hospitality team sets up and serves coffee and Krispy Kreme's every Sunday morning. Enjoy!

Believer's Baptism
The Bible indicates that baptism is an important part of our commitment to Jesus Christ. It is an act of obedience whereby we publicly make a stand for Jesus Christ and for His Church. Please contact the church office if you are interested in being baptized.
